Simon KREČIČ (SI)
Simon Krečič studied conducting at the Bern University of Arts and the Ljubljana Music Academy. In 2008 he received third prize at the Grosseto International Conducting Competition. He has become a regular guest of the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra and the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra since 2009. In September 2012 and April 2014 he conducted two ballet productions at the Slovene National Theatre Ljubljana. He is artistic director of the SNG Maribor Opera House since December 2013.
