Soprano MARTINA BURGER was born in Ljubljana and graduated from the Zagreb Music Academy in the class of prof. Vlatka Oršanić. During her studies, she received the Rector's award of the University of Zagreb and has successfully participated in many singing competitions. She has performed at many international festivals and as a guest at opera houses, but her singing career has always run parallel with an interest in teaching others to sing. She leads vocal workshops for choirs and choir conductors for JSKD Slovenia (Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Cultural Activities) and is a specialist in vocal technique for the internationally acknowledged male vocal ensemble Vokalna akademija Ljubljana – VAL (conductor and artistic director Stojan Kuret).
